DMCA Policy for Chicken Tinga Recipe

At Chicken Tinga Recipe, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy describes our procedures for responding to alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusively right that is allegedly infringed.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Chicken Tinga Recipe website was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a DMCA Counter-Notification. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10-14 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our website.
